The ferry service between Millingerwaard and Doornenburg brings you across the busiest part of the Waal from one nature preserve, the Millingerwaard, to another, the Klompenwaard.

Timetable
The first ferry departs from Doornenburg at 10.00 am, while the last ferry departs from Doornenburg at 17.45 pm and from the Millingerwaard at 17.50 pm.
The connection takes approximately 5 minutes.
On days this ferry service is closed, you can use the ferry service Millingen aan de Rijn-Pannerden and the ferry service between Pannerden-Doornenburg

Accessibility and parking
Millingerwaard ferry terminal
De Lange Paol car park is situated between Kekerdom and Millingen aan de Rijn, near the water purification plant at Botsestraat 100 in Kekerdom. The ferry terminal is located approx. 2 km from the car park.
Klompenwaard ferry terminal
The ferry terminal in Klompenwaard is located at Waaldijk. There are no parking facilities along the Waaldijk. We recommend parking in the centre of Doornenburg which is located approx. 800 metres from the ferry terminal.
The ferry terminal is approximately 3 km from the centre of Gendt.
Public transport
The villages of Millingen aan de Rijn, Kekerdom, Doornenburg and Gendt can also be accessed by bus. For further information, we suggest using the 9292 public transport Travel Planner.
